Syntron® Vibra Drives for Vibratory Feeders
Syntron® Vibra Drives provide an economical means of applying linear vibratory movement of parts along tracks or troughs. Small, compact and dust tight, Vibra Drives can be incorporated into processing or assembly systems requiring the metered flow of parts. Because Vibra Drives come with rubber isolating feet, less rigid support structures are required than the Solid Mount Feeder.
Tracks or troughs are easily mounted to the Vibra Drive mounting bracket through four pre-drilled holes. Depending on the size, length and weight of the track, more than one Vibra Drive unit may be required.
Available in three sizes FTO, FTO1, F-010, Vibra Drives handle track from 3-1/2 to 12 pounds and lengths from 18 to 36 inches. Due to higher vertical strokes, Vibra drives are better suited for heavier metal parts requiring more horizontal push.
Each Vibra Drive unit is supplied with a separate control. The amplitude of vibration can be regulated by turning the control knob. Special controls can be supplied for operating two or more Vibra Drive Units. Units operate from either 115 or 230 volt, single phase, 50 or 60 cycle.
